Keith and Millie Tolley were both born, raised and met in the Chicagoland area. In the late 1980's they relocated to New England for work related reasons. Keith spent 25 years in the secular job marketplace holding such positions as Sales, Sales Planning/Development, Sales Management, Project Management, and last as director of Customer Support for Gillette of North America.

Keith then received his seminary degree and served for 9 years in Senior Pastor ministry. Two years as a bi-vocational pastor (a church plant outside of Boston) and 7 years in full-time ministry position with Seacoast Community Church of Portsmouth, NH.

Keith is currently serving as President of Vision New England ministry.

Both Keith and Millie Tolley have had a special focus for 20 years on one-on-one discipleship and mentoring in counseling for marriages in crisis.

The Tolleys have been married for 34 years, have four grown children and five grandchildren.
